Hello Colt Families,
How is everyone coping? We know that this has been challenging to learn a new routine and adjust to the different ways of learning through virtual platforms. The CVMS administration and faculty are here to help, so please reach out if we can be of any assistance!
Lifetouch has scheduled fall photos for both CV Cyber and hybrid students. Orders can be placed online by going to mylifetouch.com with picture ID EVT7XDR8B.

FAQ of the Week
On virtual days (whether CV Cyber or hybrid), what happens if I do not submit my attendance in Infinite Campus?
Our building has been lenient for the past few weeks supporting students signing in for daily attendance. However, starting the week of September 14th, students at the middle school who do not sign in accordingly will be marked ‘virtual unexcused’. Then parents/guardians will need to send in notes and follow the district attendance policy for all absences. We understand sometimes students forget, however it is really important that students check-in appropriately when learning from home.
We are asking our cyber students to send in pictures of them working from home. We would like to include them in our Monday Memo pictures! Pictures can be submitted to email@example.com.
Let’s make week #4 an awesome one!
