Dear Middle School Families,
Our spring music exhibit is coming up on Thursday, June 1 at 6 p.m. We hope all Middle School families can attend.
It is imperative for students to attend the exhibits. If your child is unable to attend, please let me know so I can communicate with the music faculty.
EXHIBIT LOGISTICS
On the day of the exhibit, students stay on campus after school. We will be hosting an early dinner, then rehearsals will take place with music teachers. Students need to be in Bradley Hall ready to play by 4:45 p.m.
We are asking parents/caregivers who plan to attend the exhibits to please arrive by 5:45 p.m.
INSTRUMENT RETURN
Returning 6th and 7th grade or families or 8th graders who are signed up for an US Instrumental Music course in the fall may opt to keep their instruments to use for practice over the summer in preparation for continuing in their ensembles next year. Please let us know by filling out this form by Wednesday, May 31 if your family would like to keep the instrument over the summer.
Students who have a "home instrument" (tubas, cellos, etc), must be returned to school by Friday, June 2. The exhibit is a great time to bring in your home instrument. Please include instruments, cases, music stands, and supplies.
