Dear NYS Principals and Administrators,
The Mandated Services Aid (MSA) System is now open to file your 20/21 MSA claims.

All 20/21 claims must be submitted by April 1, 2022. Claims submitted after the deadline will NOT be honored.
- Claims will be paid by May 31, 2022.

You can still file and amend claims for 2018/19, but not for 19/20.
- Schools with claims on hold because of outstanding documents can now upload what they need to the MSA system.
- After the submission deadline of April 1, 2022, all hold claims from previous years that have not been reviewed will go into post review and paid by payment deadline of May 31, 2022. Schools with claims on hold will need to provide requested documentation as soon as possible. Schools will not be able to file future year claims until requested documents are provided.
We will be hosting a webinar next Tuesday, February 8th at 2:00 pm on the MSA application process. The webinar will be presented by Ms. Althea Johnson, Supervisor, Grants Management Unit at the NYS Education Department, and Rabbi Nissan Gewirtzman, President of Yeshiva Consulting Services.
