Arts in Service: Broadening the Mission
Tuesday, January 26th, 9 a.m.
Ken and guests Gina Caruso of the Creative Alliance, Rina Thaler of the Art League of Ocean City, and Allison Weiss of the Sandy Spring Museum will discuss 21st Century approaches for aligning the mission of arts organizations with the needs of the communities they serve.

Guiding topics include responding to changing demographics, updating the organization's mission and strategies to respond to community needs, and changing programming in response to community need while honoring the mission of an organization. Register here.

Winter 2021 Monthly Academy: Becoming an Anti-Racist
January - May 2021
The Winter Academy will be monthly workshops from January - May and will address issues of understanding race, unpacking privilege, examining bias, and moving towards racial justice. After each academy session, there will be a reflection session to help support attendees during this journey. Each session will also include 30 minutes of pre-work/reflection prior to the session.
