The web link above is encouraged, as conference lines are limited, but those who need to call in should dial 833-614-0820 and enter access code 6168487.

  • CMS will hold their weekly Lessons from the Front Lines call tomorrow, Friday, April 17 at 12:30-2:00 pm. The web link above is encouraged, as conference lines are limited, but those who need to call in should dial 877-251-0301 and enter access code 8672948.

  • A new COVID-19 testing clinic opens today at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Baltimore County. MedChi staff members are supporting test appointment scheduling via CRISP.

  • MedChi is working with a coalition of state medical societies in collaboration with Rockpointe, Inc. to share COVID-19 impact surveys for physicians and practice managers. We encourage your participation.

Visit MedChi's  COVID-19 Resource Page  regularly for more information and resources as we work through this crisis together.

Thank you for all that you do as physician, healers, and heroes.

The Academy is conducting a series of COVID-19 pulse surveys to reveal the pandemic’s effect on ophthalmology practices and their patients. Doing Pulse Surveys during the coming months will be used to advocate for additional relief and to develop resources to help members and their practices survive in a post-COVID world.

The Academy is sharing important ophthalmology-specific information related to the novel coronavirus, referred to as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), which was previously known by the provisional name 2019-nCoV. The highly contagious virus can cause a severe respiratory disease known as COVID-19.
