Dear Colleagues:

Law and advocacy never truly ceases, especially in times of acute health crisis. This is a time when physicians are needed most to reach out to their legislators to offer experiences and guidance. We encourage ophthalmologists to reach out to their state and federal lawmakers. To help with this task the AAO has provided a very helpful "how-to" to help you schedule and plan for the meeting.

Not sure who represents you? Use this look up tool to find both your state and federal representatives.

Below, we have included information from MedChi, The Maryland Medical Society, and important information from AAO and AMA.

Check the AAO and MedChi websites for the most current information. For archived versions of these updates visit the MSEPS website.
