This session will cover how mechanical contractors who are leveraging prefabrication can dramatically impact their schedule performance, construction cost, and workplace safety.

As the demand for productivity in construction rises in tandem with the need to stay cost-effective, contractors are transitioning to off-site prefabrication.

Burgin will illustrate how to fast-track your success following the model of forward-thinking companies that use fabrication best practices and technologies. Attendees will benefit from the live demonstration of MSuite displayed throughout the course exhibiting the many impressive features and visual tools available.

Learning Objectives:
  • Embark on your prefabrication journey with confidence.
  • Identify technologies and strategies that are currently being used by contractors to fabricate.
  • Enable real-time visibility into the success of your fabrication.
  • Explain how prefabrication mitigates schedule risk, lowers costs, and increases workplace safety.
