NYC has mandated vaccines for employers with employees working in NYC. Details can be found here in the NYC Health & Mental Hygiene’s Commissioner’s Order. While the MTA is exempt as a government entity, the MTA’s contractors, consultants, and vendors are not. These employers need to determine if they fall into the “covered entity” definition and comply as appropriate.
As we recognize this may have an impact on MTA projects, as a mitigation measure, the following MTA vaccination sites will be available to all MTA contractors, consultants, and vendors. The locations and hours of operation are:
130 Livingston St, Brooklyn - Wednesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Pfizer only
Please be aware the last vaccine of the day will be administered at 4:45 p.m. Vaccines and boosters will be offered on 12/22, 12/23, 12/29, and 12/30. No appointment needed.
Times Sq-42 St - Passageway between 1,2,3 and S - Monday-Sunday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. - J&J only
Closed 12/25 and 1/1
Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av - E,F,M,R - Monday-Friday, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. - J&J only
