Dear Friend and Neighbor,

 

Starting today, the MTA is implementing their FASTRACK program for the A,B,C and D lines in Northern Manhattan. From tonight until Friday morning, A train service will be suspended from 59th Street to 207th Street between the hours of 10PM and 5AM. D train service will be suspended from 59th Street to 161st Street, Yankee Stadium. While B and C train service will end early each evening during this week.

 

The FASTRACK is implemented to make necessary improvements on tracks, signals, the 3rd rail and other subway infrastructure. For alternative routes, there will be free shuttle buses running on the Fort Washington corridor from 168th St to 190th St., 1 train service should be used as an additional alternative to the A train, with shuttle buses running to shepherd riders between the A&1 trains on 207th, as well as on Dyckman St.
