Used Book Drive

Our 2nd & 3rd-grade classes are hosting a book drive as part of the Small Things Great Love initiative. Each grade will sponsor an activity to raise funds for a charity of their choice. This is an excellent opportunity to support our young readers and help them grow their love of reading. We are seeking donations of gently-used children's books which can be placed on the table outside of the school office between October 16th and October 31st. This is a change from November 10th. For any questions, please contact Mrs. McKenzie at [email protected]. Thank you for your generosity and support!

Halloween Dress Down Day

Current Student Enrollment for Next Year

At MTC, we are happy to offer continuous enrollment, which means that there is no need to re-enroll each year. However, we do ask that all families login to the FACTS family portal during this time to ensure that their contact information is up to date. Additionally, please review the following information regarding the re-enrollment fee for the 2024-2025 school year.

Re-Enrollment Fee for the 24-25 School Year

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we want to remind you that a re-enrollment fee of $600 per student will be assessed. This fee is non-refundable and is used for books, curriculum, and technology. Paying the re-enrollment fee secures a spot for your child for the next school year.

Starting this year, the re-enrollment fee will be collected in one installment due on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. If your incidental billing is on auto pay, the fee will be automatically deducted on the due date. If not, please log into your incidental billing account to manually pay the fee.

We kindly remind families who will not be returning to notify us at least one week before the re-enrollment fee is due. Families that notify us after Wednesday, January 31, 2024 are responsible for the non-refundable $600 re-enrollment fee and potentially the first month of the 24-25 school year tuition. To notify us, please email Mrs. DeMicheli at [email protected]

We appreciate your continued support and partnership in ensuring a successful academic year for your child. If you have any questions or concerns about the re-enrollment process, please don't hesitate to reach out to Mrs. DeMicheli.

Keep Me Home If...

Please help us reduce illness exposure to our classmates and teachers and keep your kids home if they exhibit any signs and symptoms of sickness. We want everyone to stay safe and healthy. Keep your child at home if he/she...

  • Has a fever, has vomited, has diarrhea, is coughing or sneezing, has lice, has a rash, does not feel well and cannot participate in normal activities, has been sick over the weekend and is still exhibiting symptoms.

Slow Down when you arrive and leave campus - This is VERY important!!!!

We urge you to please slow down when you arrive and leave campus. We each share in the responsibility to keep everyone safe. A costly accident or injury is not worth the few minutes saved by speeding. Please do not turn into the housing development/Salvation Army at the intersection of Van Dyke/Lakeshore to avoid the left turn signal.

MTC Family Handbook

The purpose of the MTC Handbook is to acquaint students and parents with general school information and procedures. Please review this handbook as a family and discuss the purpose of school, the value of education, and the importance of positive behavior. We know you share our commitment to academic excellence and positive growth.

FACTS

FACTS is the school management system that MTC uses for enrollment, student information, and financial management. Parents use the FACTS Family Portal to access student grades, update household contact information, and view financial and tuition information. We want to clarify that Renweb was the previous name of FACTS, so if you hear the term Renweb, we are referring to the FACTS Family Portal. We want to ensure that you are aware so that you don't miss any important information.
