EDITOR'S NOTE: The following report has been taken from the CMS file for an event that occurred on December 25, 2013.  Since the witness requested anonymity, identifying information has been removed.
 
SYNOPSIS
On Dec 25th, 2013, at approximately 9 p.m., the witness, a former businesswoman, was driving home in Woodbury, MN.  She was headed north on Century Avenue when she noticed a dark object with strobe lights maneuvering above the golf course across the street from the condo building where she lived.  The shape was hard to see due to darkness and obscuring trees.  The witness stopped the car and watched, then proceeded very slowly forward.  She was close to Pouliot Parkway.  After a short time, the object came at her shining headlights which engulfed the car in light.  There was darkness as it passed over her car. The witness jumped out and saw two lights about 10-12 feet apart moving away from her at tree top level.  Witness wrote: "So it must have disappeared, because I did not see it go anywhere."  This sudden disappearance suggests a possible time discontinuity in the account, or the object turned off its lights, or it may have been suddenly lost from sight because it was at a low altitude and was occluded by the trees.  The witness stated she was left terrified and in shock.
