THIS WEEK IN HOUSTON

February 25–March 1, 2026

Good news: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday are manageable this week.

Saturday? You’re going to have to choose.

From morning receptions to overlapping artist talks, Upper Kirby Gallery Row openings, chamber music performances, poetry readings, and a free outdoor concert — February 28 is stacked.

You will not be able to do everything, so plan to circle back this month and see what you missed.

Below, I’ve laid it out clearly so you can decide what kind of Saturday you want: contemplative, community-driven, curatorial, gallery-hopping, orchestral, or full-on night energy.

Choose wisely.
