BE PART OF AN ART PROJECT! Multidisciplinary artist Karen Navarro is seeking models who reflect Houston’s diversity for her public art installation Chroma Collective, debuting this fall at Discovery Green.

This immersive, interactive work explores identity, migration, and belonging through vibrant storytelling.

Inspired by Navarro’s Indigenous roots and Houston’s multicultural spirit, the installation invites the public to rotate its sculptural elements — contributing to a dynamic, ever-changing visual tapestry.
