Bach Society Houston proudly hosts this solo Houston performance of this renowned boys' choir THOMANERCHOR Leipzig (St. Thomas Choir of Leipzig) as part of an eight-city USA Tour.

Founded in 1212, the St. Thomas Choir of Leipzig has captivated audiences for over 800 years. As one of Europe’s most distinguished boys’ choirs, they hold a unique connection to Johann Sebastian Bach, who served as the choir’s director from 1723 to 1750. The choir's current director is Thomaskantor Andreas Reize who is the 18th music director since Bach’s tenure and the first Swiss conductor to lead the choir.

Don't miss this extraordinary musical event, where history, tradition, and artistry unite to create an unforgettable experience.
