We're kicking off the Q4 ProBowl with a new theme for our critical number: 10-0. Our goal is to hit 10% Profit Before Tax (PBT) and 0 Worker’s Compensation Claims (WCC).

Here's how we’ll track progress and how you can help us score big!

THE GAME PLAN

Our new scoreboard will be updated daily on office TVs and in the newsletter, tracking our progress as the "Chicken" (managers/supervisors) and "Mouse" (technicians/ plumbers/ janitors/ admin/ HR etc.) move towards their endzones.

While touchdowns don't necessarily mean we've hit 10% PBT or 0 WCC, these actions will significantly boost our chances of reaching these targets by focusing on the crucial activities that drive success.

HELP US ACHIEVE 0 WORKER'S COMP CLAIMS



Gain Yards By:

• Manager site visits (Managers)
• Maintain PPE station stock and photograph both empty and full stations. (Admin)
• Photos of coworkers being safe (Technicians)
• Photos of site safety inspection card (filled out) accompanied by jobsite safety photos (Technicians)

Note: Site Safety Inspection Cards without jobsite photos will not be counted.

Lose Yards By:

• First Aid Claims
• Lost time Accident
• Not reporting an accident
• Workers comp claims

CONTRIBUTE TO ACHIEVING 10% PBT (Managers & Supervisors)

Gain Yards By:

• Meeting billable hours goal
• Positive client feedback
• Every new technician/janitor/plumber
• Employee referrals
• Sold CAMPs
• Number of bids sent

Lose Yards By:

• Every technician/janitor/plumber that leaves the company
• Negative client feedback
• Cancelled CAMPS
• Not achieving company sales goals
