Maryland MVA Customer Service Portal Online Training

Dear WANADA Members,

I wanted to make sure you were aware that the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration's upcoming Customer Connect training sessions will now be fully online. According to this Bulletin Notice, dealers can register to learn about the state's new online portal for business licensing, vehicle registrations, and other services, at the following times:

Tuesday, March 31 from 2 to 4 p.m.
Thursday, April 2 from 3 to 5 p.m.

If you have any questions, please email Katie Kuehn at kkuehn@mdot.maryland.gov. A link to the session will be provided after you register with an email address.

We highly recommend that our Maryland dealers take the time to participate in these training sessions, given the new processes for registration with this new portal, and the fact that being able to seamlessly conduct dealership business online will become very important in the coming months.
