City of Mill Valley Evacuation Drill Event | Save The Date | September 25, 2021
Our community has long asked an important question - if threatened by a major wildfire, what would happen if we all tried to evacuate by car at the same time? What could we do to prepare and keep our community safe? Our upcoming evacuation drill on Saturday, September 25th aims to help us find out.

The purpose of the drill is not only to help you and your family prepare for an evacuation, but also for public safety staff to time how long it takes to clear the roadway as cars are sent to a Community Refuge Area. The data from this drill will be critical to understanding how to best evacuate our community. To learn more and register to participate, please visit the Evac Drill webpage.
