2nd Semester Schedules
Important: We will not distribute locator cards in the small gym on the first day of the semester. Rather, students will have access to their schedule through their Aeries Portal. Our goal is always to limit the number of period changes and teachers changes for students going into their second semester. However, in order to align with health and safety protocols and adjust to the changes in our course offerings some students may notice they have had period changes and/or teacher changes in their new schedule. Schedules should be available to view at this time.
To access your second semester schedule, you must sign on to the web version of your portal account (If using the App, please click on the more tab and access the full version from there):
• Click on the Classes Tab
• Click on Courses Tab
The purpose of this verification is to only check and make sure that your schedule is accurate for the second semester.
• Please do not request a teacher change.
• Please do not request a period change.
If there is something that needs to be changed on your schedule please refer to this SPRING SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUEST FORM link to make that request. (student needs to be logged in to their saddleport to access the form)
• This is for students looking to level an honors/AP/IB class.
• This is for students who have something incorrectly scheduled for the second semester.
• This is for students who are dropping a class.
Importante: No distribuiremos tarjetas de localizacion en el gimnasio pequeño el primer día del semestre. En lugar de eso, los estudiantes tendrán acceso a su horario a través del su Portal Aeries. Nuestro objetivo es limitar el número de cambios de períodos y cambios de maestros para estudiantes que estarán llendo a su segundo semestre. Sin embargo, para porder alinearnos con los protocolos de salud y seguridad y ajustarnos a los cambios en los cursos que ofrecemos, algunos estudiantes pueden notar que han tenido cambios de períodos y/o cambios de maestros en sus nuevos horarios. Los horarios deben estar disponibles para consultar en este momento.
Para acceder a tu horario del segundo semestre, debes registrarte en la versión web de tu cuenta en el portal (si usas el App, por favor haz click en la pestaña "more" (más) y accede a la versión completa desde ahí):
• Click en la pestaña Classes
• Click en la pestaña Courses
El propósito de ésta verificación es sólamente revisar para estar seguro de que tu horario para el segundo semestre es el adecuado.
• Por favor no solicites un cambio de maestro.
• Por favor no solicites un cambio de período.
Si hay algo que necesite ser cambiado en tu horario, por favor vé a este enlace SPRING SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUEST FORM para hacer el pedido. (Los estudiantes necesitan estar registrados en su saddleport para acceder a la forma)
• Esto es para estudiantes que buscan nivelarse en honores, clases /AP/IB.
• Esto es para estudiantes que tengan algo incorrecto programado para el segundo semestre.
• Esto es para estudiantes que estén abandonando clases.
