Resilency Guidebook & Toolkit now Available

Regional Resiliency Toolkit

MVRPC is pleased to present the Regional Resiliency Guidebook & Toolkit. This tool is designed to help local jurisdictions and community partners understand their risks to natural hazards, identify assets and vulnerabilities, and develop best practices to better protect community assets.

The guidebook and toolkit is the culmination of the disaster recovery work related to the 2019 Memorial Day tornadoes funded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration and developed in partnership with Sasaki & Associates with support from Laurie Johnson Consulting and Human Nature.

We invite you to explore the toolkit and share it with your network. A tutorial is available to help users navigate and make the most of this resource.

MVRPC is also to offering the opportunity for communities to hold a more in-depth training session or workshop on how to best utilize this tool to build resiliency. If interested please contact Elizabeth Baxter, Resiliency Planning Manager at 937.531.6538 or ebaxter@mvrpc.org
