The Aero-Ba-Soul, Inc. team sends a huge loving congratulations to NYS Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins on her historical achievement on being reelected for another term, her fifth year as the first woman and African-American woman to serve as NYS Senate Leader. Democrats celebrated the return of their supermajority and the continued leadership of Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins. HERSTORICAL ACHIEVEMENT! 

Aero-Ba-Soul, Inc’s COO Kevin Cousins , CEO Kecia Palmer-Cousins, their HBCU collegiate sons Kendall and Kyle Cousins, Kevin’s sister Candice Cousins-Hopkins and her son Carter witnessed along with many others the historical swearing in of their mother, mother-in-law and G-MA last Wednesday at the official start of The New York State 2023 Legislative session. 

Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins, while surrounded by family, was re-sworn in as President Pro Tempore and Majority Leader of the New York Senate! The Honorable Kathie E. Davidson, is a Justice of the Westchester County Supreme Court in the Ninth Judicial District of New York. She is also the Dean of the New York State Judicial Institute.

Congratulations to all of the NYS Senators that were all sworn in “together” that day as well!

Special congratulations to Governor Kathy Hochul on “breaking the glass ceiling”, making history as NYS’s first elected female Governor, when she was sworn in as NYS’ 57th Governor on January 1, 2023!

We also congratulate dedicated elected officials NYS Lieutenant Governor Antonio Delgado, Attorney General Letitia James, Comptroller Tom Dinapoli on their successful elections, re-elections and swearing ins also held on January 1, 2023!

THE COVID-19 CAPITAL COSTS TAX CREDIT PROGRAM

The $250 million COVID-19 Capital Costs Tax Credit Program provides financial assistance to New York State small businesses burdened with a range of operational costs stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic, from structural changes and building upgrades to health-related supplies and materials. 

The Program offers qualifying businesses relief from the added economic burden by providing tax credits to help reduce the pandemic-related financial impact.

Small businesses can receive a tax credit of 50% of qualifying expenses up to a maximum of $25,000 in tax credits based on qualifying expenses of $50,000.
