Happy MWBE Tuesday, Halloween and Breast Cancer Awareness Month to our Aero-Ba-Soul, Inc. family, friends, clients and community partners!

Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM), also referred to in the United States as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (NBCAM), is an annual international health campaign organized by major breast cancer charities every October to increase awareness of the disease and raise funds for research into its cause, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and cure.

On August 13th, 1999 Aero-Ba-Soul, Inc. was established by Kecia Palmer-Cousins and Kevin Cousins as a wellness company for individuals. Our mission was to specialize in fitness for your mind, body and soul! 

Our mentor, breast cancer-survivor and entrepreneur, Shellie Anderson-Tazi, encouraged us to establish Aero-Ba-Soul, Inc. after we attended a few of her aerobics classes! Lorna Simms (Simmons), Esq, one of Kecia's HS best friends, college roommate and bridesmaid incorporated Aero-Ba-Soul, Inc. for Kecia and Kevin.

Thanks Lorna for your legal expertise and friendship over the years! We love you much!

Unfortunately, Shellie transitioned. However, her beautiful spirit and love lives on in all of the lives that she touched including ours! We love you Shellie and miss you much!

24 years later, we are still going strong, specializing in helping entrepreneurs, businesses, agencies, educational institutions "get well" through our business coaching, technical assistance, wellness workshops, workforce development training, etc. We continue to innovate and assist our clients, helping them to navigate corporate and government procurement.
