Stuart Housing Tour
On August 26 th , MWP hosted a tour of the Wambold Housing 2 nd Addition, where 24 lots are plated for new houses. The group toured 4 homes in various levels of construction phases being built by Savannah Homes. To date, there is only 1 lot of the 24 available. The lots are free, courtesy of the local development group. For more information, contact Sarah Gomez.
MWP Strategic Planning
Thank you to everybody who participated in the Midwest Partnership strategic planning process. The board of directors met with facilitators from the Institute of Decision Making on September 5 to review input provided by community leaders and shareholders through online questionnaire and in-person focus sessions. The final plan will be available on November 1 st .
