Daniel has created a quick 12-Minute Circuit. The Circuit Workout is great for those with limited time that will be working out in the Fitness Center.

Daniel has provided two circuits Circuit A: Push Day, and Circuit B: Pull Day. The personal trainers are also there to help or answer any questions you may have.
