As of 6pm yesterday evening people from Tier 2 & Tier 3 (England) , 'Protected' regions of Scotland and Northern Ireland will not be able to travel into Wales without a 'reasonable excuse'

The guidance has now been released and answers the following questions:
- What reasonable measures should I take as a tourism or hospitality business to ensure compliance with the new travel restrictions?
