A School in Need
For 15 years, Cheikh Darou Seck and his students have been fostering cross-cultural communication and global understanding by sharing stories, art and short films on the MY HERO website. Now, Cheikh is principal of Elhadji Ibrahima Thiaw school in Dakar, Senegal, and needs our help in building a media arts center so his students can become global citizens.

MY HERO Learning Circle
Registration is now open for the next session of the MY HERO Learning Circle, which will start at the end of January. The MY HERO Learning Circles are a partnership between The MY HERO Project and iEARN (International Education and Resource Network). This is a great way for educators and students to collaborate globally on the topic of heroes connected to the SDGs, while celebrating the best of humanity.
