Dear Friends,

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to promote emotional well-being and raise awareness and support for mental health. More than ever, it is critical to provide positive role models and share stories of the heroes who uplift and inspire us.

We have seen the powerful ripples that come from giving youth a chance to creatively express their own journeys of overcoming obstacles and finding hope and resilience.

Our team has curated stories, art and films that demonstrate the power of individuals to overcome adversity and to support one another as we face the challenges that lie ahead. We invite you to share our resources, and this newsletter, with your community. We hope you will share your hero stories, art, films and music with our global learning community.

With gratitude,

The MY HERO team
