It doesn't always have to start with an outside company coming in and introducing mindfulness, although that can be great if you have the resources. It can start with you. Here are 5 steps to begin to bring a mindful community to your workplace on your own. We encourage you to start these this season to see firsthand the benefits it will bring your employees and business.
  1. Define the purpose and desired outcome

  4. Be consistent with the offering
