- My Journey to Israel. Join the St. Paul Jewish Federation for a talk by Shane Lesko, Midwest Regional Christian Outreach Director at AIPAC, Thursday, May 16, 7 p.m. at Shaller Family Sholom East Campus, St. Paul. The evening includes a dessert reception. DETAILS.

- Shalom Clowns of Mount Zion and beyond! We will have our last clowning of the season on Sunday, June 2. We are going to mix it up and do it a bit differently this time. We will meet in the lobby AT SHOLOM EAST at noon. For those of you that are interested, we will watch the movie  Patch Adams. We are inviting any and all former clowning students/adults who would like to join us! After the movie, we will do our usual clowning from 2-3pm at Sholom East. Any questions? - Interfaith Habitat For Humanity Project—June 24-29. For more than a decade, Mount Zion members have volunteered with members of other congregations in the Habitat for Humanity “Faith Builder’s” Program. We now seek volunteers June 24 (Monday) through 28 (Friday). The work day runs from 8:30 am to 4 pm. All skill levels are welcome, there is professional staff on hand to teach you. This year’s project is located at 1025 Seminary Ave in St. Paul.
