Industry Trends
Funding Available for PSE&G Multifamily Program
.
For projects we have worked on to date, investments have ranged from $250,000 to $5 million and PSE&G has typically covered 30-50% of the total project cost, with the balance payable through on-bill financing.
.
If your portfolio includes properties with the following attributes, you could be a great candidate for this program:
.
  • Located in the PSE&G service territory
  • 100+ units
  • Central systems - HVAC and domestic hot water (or certain individual systems)
  • Equipment age: 15+ years
.
This is a significant, but limited time, opportunity to take advantage of available funding to enhance your assets, improve NOI, and offset capital reinvestment costs.

New Employee
Alex Vitovitch joins the MaGrann team as an Energy Engineer, and will be working full-time under Doug Miller on auditing, commissioning, and other existing buildings projects. Originally from Clinton NJ, Alex developed a strong appreciation for the environment while earning his BSME from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in upstate New York. He has since designed HVAC control systems, freelanced as a designer, and worked with architects at Toll Brothers. He’s currently enjoying the extra time with his indoor plants at his apartment in Philadelphia. We are especially grateful to have Alex join us during this unprecedented time!

“I am passionate about solving modern energy problems, and about ensuring that materials and technology are used wisely. I am excited to learn from and work with everyone here at MaGrann, and I look forward to meeting everyone in person!”
