Managing Moisture

When it rains, it pours. Changing weather dynamics present enormous challenges and risks for buildings. Managing these risks requires different envelope and humidity control strategies than project teams have previously considered. Here is a 2 minute video to help you contemplate key elements in managing the risk of moisture on your next project. 

New Employee

Alex Vitovitch joins the MaGrann team as an Energy Engineer, and will be working full-time under Doug Miller on auditing, commissioning, and other existing buildings projects. Originally from Clinton NJ, Alex developed a strong appreciation for the environment while earning his BSME from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in upstate New York. He has since designed HVAC control systems, freelanced as a designer, and worked with architects at Toll Brothers. He’s currently enjoying the extra time with his indoor plants at his apartment in Philadelphia. We are especially grateful to have Alex join us during this unprecedented time!
