All Pre-K, Kindergarten and new families to  Mabry are invited! This event is a great way to meet other families and receive valuable information about  Mabry, the PTA and other programs.

In addition, the Dolphin Depot (our school spirit store) will be open for business where families can buy  Mabry uniforms and the school spirit shirts.

We are looking forward to seeing you there!
Each student should received a packet of information from the PTA.

Please complete and return packets by Fri Aug 16th, either to your homeroom teacher or the front office PTA box.

C haracter Champ update from Mrs. Richards:
Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year!! My goal for this year is for all students to incorporate the character trait of the month into their daily lives, both at school and at home. This year, at the beginning of each week, a school challenge will be presented to the students via the morning show. These challenges will coincide with the trait of the month. My hope is that these fun challenges will internally motivate each child to participate and help to make the world a better place!

In case your child arrives late or misses the announcement, the challenge will also be posted on the bulletin board outside of the Student Services suite (formerly known as the Guidance suite). I will also be including some discussion points each month in the Mabry Minute that will assist parents or guardians in having conversations about each of the traits! This is all in addition to the normal Character Champs being announced on the morning each week.

Safety Corner
The first week of school is very busy with so many families getting accustomed to the flow of the new school year. If you are dropping your child off, please give yourself plenty of time to wait in the drop off lines. If you feel you are running late, try to find a parking spot and walk your child to the front or back entrance. Remember, please do not drop your child off on the street! The approved drop off lanes are on Estrella in the loop in front of the office, and on Neptune in front of the cafeteria.
