Mabry Minute for Week of 5/3/20

PTA Meeting via Zoom - TUESDAY
This Tuesday, May 5th at 8:30am, we will be holding a special general membership meeting to vote in next year's slate of officers via zoom. The Florida PTA requires all general membership meetings to be in person, however due to current circumstances they are allowing chapters to hold virtual meetings to vote in officers and all other duties will hopefully proceed in the fall. As a reminder only current PTA members can vote. 

Here is the proposed  slate of officers:

Yearbooks
It was still a good school year & our yearbook staff worked hard to put together another fantastic book of memories for all to enjoy!

Yearbooks are available for purchase at Balfour.com. They are $35 each. Once we figure out a plan to distribute, we will let everyone know.
Registration Information
Do you need to register for the 2020-2021 school year, or have registration questions? 

We are currently accepting registrations for the 2020-2021 school year if you live within the Mabry boundary!

Missing Our Morning Show?
Join the "Daily Dolphin Morning Show" Facebook group and watch as Mabry friends come together to creatively recreate our normal start to the day!

(Membership is limited to current Mabry families and Mabry faculty/staff).
Edukits and 2020-21 Supply Lists
EduKits for the 2020-21 school year are now available for purchase online. Order by June 15, 2020 for best pricing and free shipping. 

Supplies Listed By Grade
School Lunch
Coleman is providing a week's supply of free lunch to any student under 18 from 9-1 each Wednesday. Pull up from the ramp at Estrella and the lunch is delivered to your car. Not just for free lunch recipients but for all kids in the area.

In addition, families can pick up light snacks on Mondays between 9a.m. and 1p.m.
5th Graders - Save the Date
Camp Cobra will be on Thursday, 7/23/20 from 9-12.  This is a drop off event - parents do not attend. More information to come!
Dolphin Depot is closed for the year! Please look for a notice in late June / early July with information on the 2020-2021 school year. We will have sale pricing for some pre orders with pick up at Meet the Teacher.
The front office is practicing social distancing to keep all Mabry Dolphins healthy!
