The New Year has begun with many sales and rental transactions. The pace of sales seems to indicate a continuance of movement amongst buyers into the Florida market and Indian River County.
We have expanded a bit north from our Vero Beach office onto 1329 US 1, Sebastian, adding a second location. With the move into the building was the acquisition of Sebastian Realty, located there, a 40+ year old Realty group with a long history in the Indian River and Brevard County areas. Realtors there include, Jeff Swiger, Dan Duffell, Susan McNabb and Laurie Fahy.
We are also pleased to announce new Realtors joining our growing team, including Joe Feilmeier, David Costello, and Tricia Nardone.
The broker, Carolyn Mac Evoy lost her Mother, Diane FitzSimmons on Jan 4, 2023, and wants to say that her Mother was a remarkable, gifted lady who will remain in her heart and as a beacon of light as a dedicated professional in her own life as a retired Dean at a NJ college, and loving Mother of 3, Grandmother of 5 and NJ and Florida community member.

$35.5 Million Mansion Was Most Expensive Sold On Treasure Coast In 2022
A Martin County home that sold for $35.5 million in May topped the Treasure Coast’s residential sales this year amid the area’s booming real estate market.
The six-bedroom, nearly 11,000-square-foot Jupiter Island property was one of dozens that sold for a million dollars or more in 2022. Many were oceanfront homes on Hutchinson Island, Jupiter Island and Indian River Shores.
