Maclay Regional / Hamel & THIS Area Championships

Host Application Available

Lexington, KY – January 7, 2025 – The National Horse Show is pleased to announce the opening of host bid applications for the 2025 Maclay Regional Championships, Hamel Foundation 3’3” and Taylor Harris Insurance Services Adult Equitation Area Championships.  

The bid process is currently open and host sites interested in submitting a bid must do so by the closing date of January 31, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. ET. If acceptable bid applications have not been received by the closing date, NHS reserves the right to extend the deadline to accept additional applications or can select a host venue at its discretion.

The Maclay Regional Championships, Hamel and THIS Area Championships must be held within the first three (3) weeks of September 2025. 

Host sites are required to meet the USEF Competition Standards for “Premier”-rated hunter competitions. NHS will notify the selected host sites within 20 days following approval from the Board of Directors. 

NHS will announce the selected host locations and dates once the Board of Directors has approved the host sites and all competition management have been notified.

Host bids must be submitted directly to Cindy Bozan at cindy@nhs.org by January 31, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. ET.
