EasyMVC: Platform for Embedded and Machine Vision Cameras
|

Macnica’s EasyMVC Machine Vision Camera development kit was designed as both an evaluation and reference platform for Embedded and Machine Vision applications. This development kit is a complete camera platform that includes hardware and software source code, schematics, mechanical drawings, and the bill of materials to reduce the development effort of vision camera systems.
The EasyMVC development kit has a modular design consisting of three boards: image sensor board; Intel FPGA board; and system interface board. This modular design permits each section to be modified with minimal effort to accommodate the specific requirements for both evaluation and camera system prototyping such as custom sensor or system interface boards. Two Sony SLVS-EC sensors (IMX420 and IMX421) and five system interface options (HDMI/USB 3.0, CoaXPress, 1GigE, and 10GigE) are available.

Intel’s 3D LUT IP for their Video & Vision Processing IP Suite Enables Efficient and Versatile Color Space & Dynamic Range Conversion and More for up to 4K & 8K Custom Imaging/Vision Systems

Intel® has included a highly programmable 3D look-up-table (LUT) IP for their FPGAs within their Video and Vision Processing (VVP) IP Suite. In addition to color space conversion and dynamic range conversion, it offers the ability to implement conversion between non-linear gamuts, chroma-keying, and artistic effects. Using the Intel® Agilex-7™ FPGA family allows designers to create video solutions for resolutions up to 8K/60 including the 3D LUT IP.
