Food Drive for Macomb Co. Veterans' Food Pantry
Ray Community 4-H Club is collecting canned goods for the Veterans' Food Pantry, located at 18025 East 15 Mile Road in Clinton Township. The club distributed grocery sacks to the youth and asked them to return with non-perishable food items to their November club meeting. Asking family, friends or neighbors to donate a food item will not only help local veterans but also spread awareness of this food pantry. For clubs who would like to join the food drive or receive more information please contact

Ray Community 4-H Club will also be making get well cards and writing letters of appreciation to veterans. The cards will be distributed to the VA Hospital in Detroit.  All clubs are welcome to join this service opportunity to support and honor local veterans.
