Data Spotlight: Jefferson County leads the Region in Census Challenge
For every person not counted, your county stands to lose $18,000 per decade ($1,800 per year) in government funding.   Fill out your Census forms!
Sector Highlight: Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
Despite the overall metro area concentration of computer and mathematical occupations, individuals working in these occupations do reside throughout the Madison Region. While census tracts with high shares of residents are largely located in and adjacent to Dane County, other areas with notable shares include Dodgeville, Monroe and Lake Mills. These areas can be attributed to the presence of several e-commerce related employers in these communities.
