UPCOMING OFFICE CLOSINGS

On December 5th, we will be closing early

at 3 pm for an employee appreciation event.

Also, on December 25th, 26th, 31st, & January 1st, our office will be closed to celebrate the Holiday and the New Year.

WINTER BREAK HOURS

Our Winter Break hours will begin Monday, December 8th, and will end Friday, January 16th.

Our updated hours are as follows:

Monday- Friday: 9am - 5pm

Saturday: CLOSED

Sunday: CLOSED

RESIDENT EXPERIENCE SURVEY

COMPLETE SURVEY

MID-YEAR MAINTENANCE INSPECTION

During winter break, our maintenance team will be entering all units to perform routine preventative maintenance. Please ensure all community rules are being followed. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to give us a call!

SNOW-REMOVAL/PARKING INFORMATION

As we move further into the winter season, we will be sending out parking and snow-removal updates to keep all residents informed about plowing schedules and when vehicles need to be moved from our lots. Please keep an eye out for emails and messages from us during snowstorms, including the one expected this Tuesday, December 2nd. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

MOPEDS & OUTDOOR FURNITURE

As the Fall semester begins to wrap up, we are requesting that all tenants at Davis Court and Dennison Road remove their mopeds and outdoor furniture by Friday, December 12th at 5:00PM.

UPCOMING EVENTS

COOKIE DECORATING CONTEST

December 2nd - December 8th

To participate, grab a decorating kit—available first-come, first-served while supplies last. Kits aren't required, though—feel free to use your own cookies and supplies!

Once your cookies are decorated, DM us @madburycommons with your best photos. The apartment with the most likes on Instagram will win a prize!

FUEL UP FOR FINALS

December 9th

We want our residents to do their best on their Finals! In order to help you focus, we'll have snacks and drinks available in our leasing office.

We will also have RedBull available in limited quantities for our Residents.

Don't forget to grab your fuel and get energized while supplies last!

FOOD DRIVE

December 9th - 19th

With the Holidays being right around the corner, we are collecting non-perishables to donate to the Waysmeet Center in Durham!

Please drop off any canned goods in the bins in the North & South Tower lobby's or our leasing office and we will be donating them to the center at the end of the week.

HAND TURKEY DRAWING CONTEST

The Hand Turkey Drawing Contest was a great event this year! Thank you to everyone who participated, and congratulations to the residents of N406, our winners of this year’s Hand Turkey Drawing Contest!

TURKEY TOSS

The Turkey Toss was a super fun event that had everyone laughing! We were impressed by everyone's aim.
