Our leasing office is currently following our normal business hours:

Monday-Friday: 9am - 6pm

Saturday & Sunday: 12pm - 4pm

The leasing office will be CLOSED on February 16th, for President's Day. We apologize for the inconvenience.

SNOW REMOVAL

Reminder: Snow removal/plowing typically happens the day after a storm. Please check your emails/texts for communications for times to move your car out of your assigned lots.

*Cars will be towed at owners expense if they are not moved*

PARKING SALE COMING SOON

Parking sale communications will be sent out in the coming weeks for school year Davis Court and Dennison Road passes. Be on the look out for these emails.

Valentine's Day Events

To show our love for our residents, we will be delivering Valentine's Day goodie bags to each Madbury Commons apartment on February 13th.

There will also be a Candy Jar Guessing Contest taking place at the leasing office. The closest guess will win a $50 gift card to JP's Grill in Downtown Durham!

Scooter Registration Reminder

As a reminder starting on January 20th Residents must register their E-Scooters and Bicycles with the leasing office. 16 spots will be allotted for E-Scooters and 75 spots for bicycles.

E-Scooters must be registered with the Town of Durham before being registered with the Leasing office. Registration will be on a First come First service basis during our normal business hours on Tuesday, January 20th
