Dear Incoming Resident, 

Thank you for choosing Madbury Properties for the 2025-2026 school year! As we approach the end of the school year and the beginning of our next lease term, we will be sending a series of important communications to our valued future Residents. These emails are designed to give you the information you need to ensure a smooth move-in process. See below for details regarding lease dates and move-in schedules.

LEASE START DATE

The official start date of your lease is June 8th, 2025 - this is the date that your unit will be available for occupancy. We unfortunately cannot allow and will not approve of any early move-in dates. We operate within a limited time frame to prepare a large number of units, working with our in-house team and third-party vendors to ensure they meet our rigorous standards for move-in. This does not allow for flexibility in move-in dates

FUTURE COMMUNICATIONS 

Additional details about the move-in process will be shared in future communications. This will include procedures on move-in day as well as what you should and should not bring to your new apartment.
