On April 13, 2018, a federal court in
ruled that “transgender” persons are entitled to “the fullest protection of the Constitution against discrimination” with regard to individuals serving in the military.
On April 25, 2018, multiple test cases on "LGBT discrimination" were heard by the MS Supreme Court. One is the case of a "transgender" student who seeks access to the bathrooms and locker rooms of the opposite sex. The other is a "gay" man and a woman who allege sex discrimination at their place of employment based on "sex stereotypes."
