Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
2 cups soft bread crumbs

Venice Olive Oil Smoked Bacon Sea Salt

9 oz jar Penna Muffaletta Spread
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Prep a 13" x 9" pan with a bit of olive oil
Add the eggs to a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Add in the beef, pork, bread crumbs, salt & pepper and remaining olive oil.
Mix by hand or with a spoon until wells combined.
Shape 2/3 of the mixture into a log with a well down the center.
Fill the well with the muffaletta, then top with the remaining meat mixture.
Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 15 minutes longer. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
