This issue of our MAGNOLIA Monthly is dedicated to celebrating the beauty, brilliance, and impact of our SHE Leads: Empowering Nonprofit for Girls Conference! Many of you know our team and I have been working on this event since the beginning of this year and it was AMAZING!

When I saw all the women leaders from girl-centered nonprofits across the country fill the room here in Los Angeles, I was close to (joyous) tears! They were united in sisterhood, fueled by purpose and more determined than ever to help girls succeed and thrive.

Throughout the day-and-a-half of dynamic discussions and heartfelt connections, we were uplifted by incredible speakers who poured their wisdom into us—sharing insight, courage and strategies for leading girls in today’s ever-changing world. The energy in the room was electric, the conversations powerful, and the inspiration contagious.

And big “THANK YOU” to our sponsors — I’m so grateful to you for standing beside us and believing in this mission.

Program Spotlight: SHE Leads 2025

Our 2nd Annual SHE Leads: Empowering Nonprofit Leaders for Girls conference showed just how powerful this gathering truly is. The room and our hearts were full!

We're so grateful to the ROCKSTAR women who traveled from near and far—representing 23 states—to join this amazing sisterhood dedicated to lifting up girls and one another.

More than 100 nonprofit leaders came together to reflect, learn, and forge meaningful connections, all driven by the shared mission of providing opportunities for girls and young women to thrive.

As part of this year's program, the S.H.A.U.N. Foundation for Girls is proud to award a $10,000 general operating grant to one of the exceptional organizations represented at the conference: Daughters Beyond Incarceration! Stay tuned for more about our new partner in next month's newsletter.
