HOT OFF THE PRESS! This year, we have an anonymous matching donor who will match up to $10,000 toward our $30,000 maintenance budget.

2026 is the year to help maintain the completed Reimagine Magnolia Village project. Your Valentine gift of love will make Magnolia Village sparkle, blossom, and shine all year long, including:

• 53 Beautiful Flower Baskets: Your $350 basket sponsorship ensures the plantings, installation, watering, fertilizing, and removal of 53 flower baskets from May through September. Your sponsorship will be recognized in the community! 
  
• 25 Umbrellas, all Bright and Clean: sponsor the annual cleaning of red umbrellas, an annual investment of $500 for cleaning all 25 umbrellas. 
  
• General Maintenance: Your generous donation maintains seasonal banners, tables, chairs, benches, flower poles, and holiday wreaths - your annual support ensures proper care and tending of Magnolia Village streetscape improvements.

Reminder! From April 15 to May 15, the names of our 2026 maintenance donors will be honored on a beautiful flower, symbolizing the beauty you've helped maintain in our community. Your donor appreciation flower will be displayed in the windows of Modele's Home Furnishings and Vixen Collection in Magnolia Village.
