Welcome to the 2025 Spring 1 Season of Alodia’s Magnolia Youth Basketball League – Kindergarten and Grades 1-2 FUNdamental Divisions!

WE NEED YOUR HELP! We are so excited to be able to offer a Kindergarten division this season. We need your help in spreading the word to get a few more registrations to be able to have the numbers needed to offer this division.
We're happy to have you join us! Below is important information for a successful season:
STAY CONNECTED:
Alodia Website (primary source): Visit alodiasports.com for essential season updates. Navigate to Youth Basketball Leagues -> Magnolia -> Spring 1 Information (available Friday, February 21).
LeagueApps Play App: Download for communication, game details, and team rosters (available by 10 pm Thursday, February 27 - after first practice).
Social Media: Like 'Alodia Sports Academy' on Facebook and follow 'Alodia Basketball' on Instagram for updates and photos.
IMPORTANT SEASON INFORMATION:
Evaluations: Grades Kindergarten & 1-2 DO NOT have evaluations. Teams will be assigned on the first practice night.
Coach Information: Alodia coaches will lead practices and games. No volunteer coaches are needed.

First practice: Wednesday, February 26 from 6-7 pm
- Teams for K & Grades 1-2 divisions will be formed at your first practice.
- Following practices on Wednesdays: March 5, *SKIP March 12th due to Spring Break*, 19, 26, April 2
- Location: Bear Branch Junior Campus

Reminder: Bring a 27-inch basketball with your child’s name. Wear clean, non-marking shoes.
Game Schedules:

Full schedule will be posted on the website by 10 pm Tuesday, February 25.

Full schedule will be loaded in the app by 10 pm Friday, February 28.

Season consists of 6 games: Saturdays: March 1, March 8, *SKIP March 15*, 22, 29, April 5 and one weeknight game (TBD).
Uniforms:
- Reversible jerseys distributed 30 minutes before your first game.
- Home team wears lighter color; visiting team wears darker color.
Stats and Standings:
- Scores are kept on scoreboards during games for fun and teaching moments.
- Stats and Standings are not kept for this FUNdamentals Program. (Those are kept for Grades 3-8.)
On-Site Issues:
- Resolve with on-site Alodia supervisors promptly.
- Follow up via email if not resolved.
Facilities: Please maintain cleanliness at Bear Branch Junior High and other facilities.
