STAFF THAT STAYS TRAINING
Last Month, Judy Lester recorded a webinar on Hiring, training, motivating, and rewarding staff for the Bastrop Main Street District. I invite you to watch and learn about:

  • Understanding best methods to attract and retain the qualified matches for the job
  • Training and empowering for excellent results and job satisfaction with a few enticing practices
  • Discovering the secret to excellence with diverse and challenging personalities
  • Hearing the most common training practice that sends staff running away and learn what to do instead
  •  Learning how to get results so incredible you can't help but to question if they are accurate, all while you enjoy working ON the business and less IN the business
