|
If you are experiencing a problem, follow some basic troubleshooting:
- Try another device, or have a teammate take over scoring
- Close the app completely - not just minimize, look at the apps open in the background and close everything
- Restart your device - better yet uninstall the app, restart your device, then reinstall
- Uninstall/Reinstall the app and/or clear the cache
- Stop switching between apps. If you are switching between apps, from the Scorekeeper to something else, that can cause issues
-
Install the update - if you see a bar at the bottom that says update, do so immediately! These updates are important fixes.
- If you receive an token error, please log out of the app and log back in
If the steps listed do not help, please report the problems here. Provide division, team number and match number, as well, as much detail, and a screenshot, if possible.
