Tipped in is the auction donation form from a local library fundraiser to which Stephen King donated the book.
Stephen King wrote 3 novels under the pen name Richard Bachman before being "discovered" as the true author in 1984. The seventh of eight books in under the Bachman name it is signed as both Bachman and King on the title page (#30993)
