Dear PLD Employer,
The Annual Statement of Consolidated Plan Cost for the Year Beginning July 1, 2024 (a.k.a. Green Sheet) has been posted to your Employer Self Service (ESS) portal. Your Statement of Plan Cost is now accessible via ESS and can be found by clicking on the Documents tab in Employer Location Info. As a reminder, the rates for July 1, 2024 should be applied starting with the first pay you issue to your employees in July 2024.
Please make sure that the appropriate personnel at your PLD location receives this information. This includes the Manager/Director and Business/Finance/Personnel/HR Managers, as these key personnel may not have access to ESS and may not be aware that the information has been posted.
