Dear Majestic Owners:

We received word today, that Bay County's short term vacation rental plan has been approved by Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. This means that short term vacation rentals are now allowed in Bay County. We are still awaiting specifics on the approval, regarding and restrictions or guidance associated with the approved plan. A copy of Bay County's plan can be seen below. Once additional information is available, we will send notice out to all owners.

Pools & Hot Tubs: with rental opening back up, we will be opening all pools, outdoor and indoor, effective immediately, 8:00 am - 10:00 pm. Hot tubs, due to the guidelines for social distancing will not be open at this time.

Food & Beverage Operations: H2O and the Majestic Market will open on Friday.

Luggage Carts: please remember that luggage carts will be staged on the 3rd floor loading and loading parking area of the Parking Garage. Guests and owners will need to provide a drivers license or an owner i.d. card in order to sign out a luggage cart.

Parking Pass & Armbands: all guests and owners must have a property i.d. armband while on Majestic property. Valid parking passes must be visibly displayed from the rear view mirror with the unit and vehicle information facing outwards. Incomplete or altered passes are not valid. Vehicles with invalid or no parking passes are subject to being towed at the owners expense.

Should you have any questions, please let us know.
