We are now full swing into the peak rental season on Panama City Beach. The sounds of summer are echoing throughout Majestic Beach Resort. As you can imagine, during this time of year, we have thousands of guests enjoying the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green waters. Most of these guests drive to our destination. You may not be aware, but Majestic Beach Resort has a total of 793 Parking Spaces. Between 523 units that is an average of 1.5 space per unit. We need the assistance of all of our owners and rental management companies during this time of year. Please limit the number of parking passes you provide your guests. For studio efficiency units up to 2 bedroom units, please provide no more than one parking pass per reservation. For three bedroom units and up, please provide no more than two parking passes per reservation. Once our parking garage fills up, we have to instruct guests and/or owners to park a block away at the City of Panama City Beach's "Pay to Park" lot. As you can imagine, this is not the vacation memory we want to leave our guests and owners with.
Additionally, as a reminder, it is extremely important that all guests and owners properly display a proper vehicle guests pass. By properly displayed, we mean the pass needs to be completely filled out with the required information listed on the pass. The pass needs to be displayed from the rear view mirror with the vehicle information facing outward. If a vehicle does not have a proper pass or the pass is not properly filled out, the vehicle will be towed at the owners expense.
Lastly, all guests and owners, over the age of 12 years of age, must where a Property Identification Armband while on or accessing Majestic Beach Resort. As you can imagine, during this time of year, Security is constantly turning away people who are not guests trying to get on property to use the pools and other amenities.
